Mohamed Amine El Ouni is a founder, venture builder, and startup-ecosystem builder working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, AI, and sustainability across MENA and the Gulf. Over fifteen years he has moved from mentoring thousands of young entrepreneurs to founding his own ventures — TrustiT (circular technology), Sharek (a UNICEF-recognized social initiative), and Trust & Competencies (an AI-driven consultancy and venture builder). As Vice President & GCC Regional Manager at Founder Family and a Lovable Ambassador, he helps founders build and enter the Saudi and GCC markets with AI. In 2026 he speaks at LEAP on the World Tech Stage in Riyadh.

Mohamed Amine El Ouni is a founder, venture builder, and startup-ecosystem builder whose work bridges traditional entrepreneurship and the AI-building era across MENA, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf. His journey began more than fifteen years ago organizing technology and startup events across North Africa — facilitating Startup Weekends and co-creating the Webdays movement — and mentoring thousands of young entrepreneurs as a coach, judge, and ecosystem builder. In 2017 he founded TrustiT, a circular-technology company, and during the pandemic launched Sharek, a social initiative refurbishing devices for students that was named a UNICEF Tunisia CRC Innovation Champion. His work has been recognized internationally, including the Transformation Digitale award at MTL Connecte in Canada. In 2022 he expanded into Saudi Arabia and founded Trust & Competencies, an AI-driven consultancy and venture builder, followed by expansion into Qatar. Today, as Vice President & GCC Regional Manager at Founder Family and a Lovable Ambassador, he helps founders build and enter the Saudi and GCC markets with AI. He speaks at LEAP 2026 on the World Tech Stage in Riyadh, and has taken the stage at the Digital Cooperation Organization, QSTP, Money20/20, and the African Startup Conference. He works in English, Arabic, and French.
